Our Core Values
The principles that guide every decision we make
We display actual RTP values for every game, clear bonus terms with no confusing fine print, and complete transaction records that players can review at any time from their account.
Our platform never modifies game outcomes or manipulates odds. All games use RNG certified by independent third-party auditors, and we publish audit reports on a regular basis.
Every feature and function in aladdin1188 is built with players in mind. From a user-friendly interface to a VIP programme that rewards loyalty — you are always at the heart of everything we do.
We provide betting limit tools, deposit limits, and self-exclusion options to ensure every player can manage their gaming habits. Player well-being is a shared responsibility we take seriously.
Our technology team is constantly working to improve the platform — adding new games, boosting speed, and introducing new features that make your gaming experience better and better over time.
The Aladdin1188 Journey
From humble beginnings to Malaysia's leading platform
Aladdin1188 officially launched with an initial collection of 50 slots and a customer support team of 20. The primary focus at the time was building a foundation of trust with the Malaysian player community.
Live Casino with real dealers and fish shooting games were introduced. Registered membership surpassed 50,000, and the platform received its first award as the preferred gaming platform among local players.
A tiered VIP programme was introduced to recognise the loyalty of our committed members. An interactive bingo category was also launched, bringing greater game variety to our growing community.
Major investment in server infrastructure to achieve 99.9% uptime, alongside upgrades to SSL 256-bit encryption and the implementation of two-factor authentication for player account security.
The platform is fully optimised for mobile, with support for DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. VIP member withdrawals are processed in as fast as 5 minutes.
With over 500,000 registered members and a library of more than 500 games, Aladdin1188 continues to strengthen its position as Malaysia's most trusted online gaming platform.
Our Commitment to Malaysian Players
At aladdin1188, we believe the relationship between a platform and its players should be built on a solid foundation — trust, respect, and mutual understanding. More than just a business transaction, it's a community that grows together.
We understand that Malaysian players have unique tastes and needs. That's why our platform is fully available in Bahasa Malaysia, our customer support operates in the language you're most comfortable with, and our payment methods are tailored specifically for the local market. No complications, no barriers — just a seamless gaming experience from start to finish.
The safety of your funds is our top priority. All player funds are held in accounts separate from the company's operating funds, ensuring your money is always available for withdrawal at any time. Our 24/7 monitoring system ensures any unusual activity is detected and addressed immediately.
We also care about the experience of new players. Our onboarding program helps new members understand how the platform works, how to claim bonuses, and how to use the available game management tools. No player is left confused — we're always here to guide you.
Experienced players will also appreciate the level of play we offer through our VIP program. With five membership tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — every ringgit you spend earns reward points redeemable for cash bonuses, free spins, and other exclusive perks.
We also recognize that gaming should always be a form of entertainment, never a burden. That's why aladdin1188 provides comprehensive responsible gaming resources and tools — including daily betting limits, weekly deposit limits, play-time reminders, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion options. We do not just say we care — we prove it through concrete action.
